Dutch baby pancakes are a delicious meal for breakfast, brunch, or any time of day. These fluffy, eggy treats are easy to make and taste delicious. Add your own fruit, syrup, honey, or compote to make a sweet dutch pancake, or add mushrooms and other savory ingredients to mix things up.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Flour
- (Optional) Vanilla Sugar
- Suggested topping: Lemon juice and powdered sugar
Directions:
Melt butter in a pan. Add all ingredients aside from topping and bake 30-40 minutes at 425 degrees. If you have a dutch over you can use that too!
